We use only the finest quality salmon, that has been sustainably and ethically reared in the cold and wild seas off Shetland. Fish welfare, location and environmental sustainability are all key in producing happy healthy salmon of exceptional taste and quality. We very lightly cure our smoked salmon before hot smoking it over maple wood. This results in a beautifully delicate ‘cooked’ smoked salmon that retains its moisture and texture. Gold winner at the Great Taste Awards, 2011.

Serving suggestion:

Can be served whole or flaked into your favourite dishes. Fantastic in pasta dishes, fish cakes, risottos or flaked over an omelette or scrambled eggs. Why not try as an alternative to chicken in a Caesar Salad.
