We use only the finest quality salmon, that has been sustainably and ethically reared in the cold and wild seas off Shetland. Fish welfare, location and environmental sustainability are all key in producing happy healthy salmon of exceptional taste and quality. We dry cure our salmon for up to 3 days before cold smoking it over maple wood. The final product is our award-winning smoked salmon that has a wonderful taste and texture. All our smoked salmon is produced in small batches and carefully sliced by hand (unless specified). Gold winner at the Great Taste Awards, 2010/11.
This is the ultimate smoked salmon to enjoy with your scrambled eggs in the morning. Also, for a delicious starter, try with a little creme fraiche, a squeeze of lemon and a crack of our black pepper, on one of our delicious crispbreads.
Day: At checkout you will be able to select your preferred delivery date. If for any reason, we are unable to deliver on that day, we will will be in contact to arrange another suitable day.
Important: Please ensure that an address is provided (work or home) where someone will be in to receive your delivery OR that specific instructions are entered to leave your parcel in a safe place/with neighbour etc.
Delivery is FREE for orders £80.00 & above, £6.95 for orders £20.00 - £79.99 and £8.95 for orders below £20.00.
