Welcome to the Artisan Smokehouse. We are a small, family-run and owned business, set on the beautiful Suffolk Coast, producing luxury smoked meats and other foods. We produce the finest smoked salmon, delicious smoked beef, smoked cheeses, as well as a range of other delicious smoked foods.

The quality of our smoked salmon, beef and other products depends upon the care and attention that we take at every stage, from sourcing the raw products, through preparation and smoking, to packaging and delivery.

We're delighted and very excited to announce that we have achieved two gold awards for the Great Taste Awards 2010. Both our smoked fillet of beef and cold smoked salmon won gold awards, the beef gaining the top accolade of 3 gold stars - only achieved by 99 out of 6021 products!

Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival 2010
