Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Then why not give them the gift of choice with The Artisan Smokehouse Gift Card. Cards can be redeemed against any of the delicious products and hampers within our online shop (including delivery charges). They can also be used for purchases within our cafe & deli.
You have the option of purchasing either an emailed gift card or a physical, printed gift card:
Emailed Gift Card: Gift cards will be delivered to you by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout (by simply adding a code at the Billing & Payment stage of checkout). Once you have received the email containing your gift card you can than forward it on to the lucky recipient!
**Unfortunately we are not physically able to add gift messages to emailed gift cards (although you can obviously add a message to the email when you forward it on!).
Physical Gift Card: You also have the option to receive a physical printed gift card (for the additional cost of £1.00). This will be posted to your billing address, so you will then have the option to physically give or post the card to your recipient.
You also have the option of adding a gift message (this can be done at checkout).
**Please note that our Gift Cards will have an 12 month expiration date (from day of production) printed on them.
Cost: Delivery is FREE for orders £90.00 & above and £7.95 for orders below £89.99 (to mainland UK only, excl. Highlands & Islands). For an additional £3.00, Morning Delivery (pre-12.00) can be selected at Checkout.
Important: Due to the perishable nature of our fresh products they will require refrigeration upon arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure that an address is provided (work or home) where someone will be in to receive your delivery OR that specific instructions are entered to leave your parcel in a safe place/with neighbour etc. We cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered due to customer/recipient not being available to receive order or due to parcel going missing once left in a 'safe' place.
Day: At checkout you will be able to select your preferred delivery date. If for any reason, we are unable to deliver on that day, we will will be in contact to arrange another suitable day.

Storage: Fresh items will arrive in temperature controlled packaging, with ice packs. Upon receipt they will require immediate refrigeration.
Freezing: All our fresh meat and fish products are suitable for home freezing (up to 3 months).
