About our smokehouse...

We founded The Artisan Smokehouse back in 2010 & over the years our business has developed considerably, as has our expertise in curing and smoking.

From our small smokehouse in Suffolk we hand-produce our smoked foods, including our smoked beef fillet, smoked duck and smoked salmon, in small batches over maple wood, for a delicious subtly smoked flavour.

We have many years experience in creating luxury food hampers for individuals & businesses alike, including cheese hampers, meat hampers, vegetarian, vegan and bespoke hampers. Our beautiful hampers make a delicious and unique gift for foodie friends, family and colleagues and can be delivered both locally & nationally on a day that you choose.
