We use only the best 28 day dry aged British beef fillet to make our amazing, award winning smoked beef carpaccio. The fillet undergoes a detailed and lengthy process of curing, drying and smoking, resulting in an extremely delicate and moreish, melt-in-the-mouth carpaccio. Triple gold winner at the Great Taste Awards, 2010 and Young British Foodies Meat Category Winner 2014.
Simply arrange on a plate, add a handful of rocket, a drizzle of olive oil and a few Parmesan shavings. Also delicious on a meat platter or in a panini or sandwich with a few pickled gherkins and a light spreading of mayonnaise. We recommend approximately 40g per person for a typical starter.
