An interesting mixture of dried mushrooms, including Porcini, Shiitake and Oyster, that we lightly smoke over maple wood, producing a wonderfully rich and earthy, subtly smokey flavour.
Try using in a creamy mushroom sauce for pasta or to pour over a fillet steak. Also delicious in a risotto or as a pizza topping. Try frying with our garlic and oil and placing on toasted Brioche, with a few Parmesan shavings. Before use, the mushrooms will need rehydrating for approximately 20 minutes in hot water. The stock can be used in the dish being created, but we recommend you avoid the sediment at the bottom, which can contain grit from the mushrooms.

It is your responsibility to ensure that an address is provided (work or home) where someone will be in to receive your delivery OR that specific instructions are entered to leave your parcel in a safe place/with neighbour etc. We cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered due to customer/recipient not being available to receive order or due to parcel going missing once left in a 'safe' place.
