An interesting mixture of dried mushrooms, including Porcini, Shiitake and Oyster, that we lightly smoke over maple wood, producing a wonderfully rich and earthy, subtly smokey flavour.
Try using in a creamy mushroom sauce for pasta or to pour over a fillet steak. Also delicious in a risotto or as a pizza topping. Try frying with our garlic and oil and placing on toasted Brioche, with a few Parmesan shavings. Before use, the mushrooms will need rehydrating for approximately 20 minutes in hot water. The stock can be used in the dish being created, but we recommend you avoid the sediment at the bottom, which can contain grit from the mushrooms.
