We use only the finest quality fish to make our multi award-winning smoked salmon. We first dry cure our salmon before cold smoking it over maple wood, giving a superb flavour and texture. You can find our smoked salmon in many of our hampers, but it really shines in our classic smoked salmon & fizz hamper!
